LATEST | Surprise on waivers: Three new players available
We're just days away from the League's season opener and some team's have just made their final cuts ahead of their debut.
SURPRISE ON WAIVERS TODAY
The list just fell through, but here's the three names that just fell on waivers hours before the official puckdrop:
Signed as a free agent over the summer, it's a surprise to see Rittich fall on the waiver wire. The veteran netminder hasn't seen AHL action in 5 seasons.
Alex Barre-Boulet on his end, has produced at an elite rate in the AHL, but has constantly failed to crack Tampa Bay's loaded offence. The centerman had 84 points in 69 games in Syracuse during the 2022-2023 campaign.
