LATEST | A statement has been made regarding Canucks forward Brock Boeser

With his second period goal, and a pair of powerplay markers in the third period, Boeser picked up his third hat-trick of the 2023-24 season and set a new career-high with 30 goals on the year.

After he scored his third goal of the night, Sportsnet Stats on X, formerly Twitter, shared that Brock Boeser is only the eighth player in the history of the Vancouver Canucks to score three or more hat-tricks in a single season. The last time this happened was in 2010-11 when Ryan Kesler had three.

If Boeser manages to score another hat-trick this season, he'll join Petri Skriko with the most in a single season with 4 after the Finnish forward accomplished the feat during the 1986-87 season.

It's been a greats season so far for Brock Boeser and it'll be interesting to see how he does after the All-Star Break. Boeser will be attending the All-Star Weekend in Toronto after being voted by the fans. He'll join Head Coach Rick Tocchet, Elias Pettersson, Quinn Hughes, J.T. Miller and Thatcher Demko in Toronto for the festivities.

The Vancouver Canucks will return from the All-Star Break on Tuesday, February 6th where they'll kick-off a five-game road trip in Carolina to take on the Hurricanes. During the road trip, they'll also face the Boston Bruins, Detroit Red Wings, Washington Capitals and Chicago Blackhawks before returning to Rogers Arena on February 15th.
