Vancouver Canuck's Elias Pettersson Gets One Over J.T. Miller & You Know He's Not Happy About It
As the Vancouver Canucks lost to the Minnesota Wild in overtime this evening, Elias Pettersson was still able to make his mark and get one over his teammate J.T. Miller.
Even as teammates, it is natural that some people will not get along, and it is no denying that Elias Pettersson and J.T. Miller do not see eye to eye.
Earlier this season, Miller and Pettersson even got into a heated and physical exchange during practice.
It is a well known fact that they do not like each other, and even after their exchange concluded, Miller proceeded to call EP40 a baby for not being able to handle the pressure.
"Yeah, I didn't see it, but I did hear about it. It wasn't just the scuffle, but it was the words after where Miller allegedly called Pettersson a baby at the end of it." Lalji said."
As J.T. Miller is still on his leave of absence, Elias Pettersson has really stepped up to the plate, especially on the powerplay where they have been struggling all season long.
In the 7 games that J.T. Miller has been away from the team, Pettersson has 2 goals and 8 assists for 10 points.
With his 2 assists this evening against the Minnesota Wild on their final game of their 6-game road trip, Pettersson as able to get one over J.T. Miller, as he now passes him 9th on the Vancouver Canucks for most multi-assists games.
In all honesty, Miller probably does not care to much that Pettersson passes him on that list, but with the history of bad blood between the two, he can't be too pleased.
