Vancouver Canucks Confirm Awful News Regarding J.T. Miller

The Vancouver Canucks have announced today some bad news regarding superstar forward J.T. Miller as he will be taking an indefinite leave of absence from the team for personal reasons.

If you have been following the Vancouver Canucks, it is clear that J.T. Miller has not the game breaking forward fans are used to seeing.

This came to full effect after head coach Rick Tocchet benched J.T. Miller for almost the entire 3rd period against the Nashville predators on Sunday.

Even though Tocchet addressed the media after game confirming the benching had nothing to do with an injury, but it has caused a lot of speculation surrounding his health and the true reasons for him sitting out.

It is unknown what Miller is dealing with specifically but Vancouver Canucks general manager Patrik Allvin has come out with a statement wishing him and his family the best, and reminding him that the city of Vancouver and the organization stands behind him.

«Vancouver Canucks general manager Patrik Allvin announced today that forward JT Miller be taking an indefinite leave of absence from the team for personal reasons. Right now, our sole focus is making sure that JT knows the entire organization is here to support him,» said Allvin. «Out of respect to JT, we will have no further comment at this time.»
