The off ice issues have come to take over the noise that surrounds the Nashville Predators as of late, but the best way to quiet that noise is by winning games, and that is exactly what they did against the Seattle Kraken last night.
The Canucks are back home to a back-to-back tonight against the Nashville Predators, and the team hopes to start a winning streak even without their best players Quin Hughes, Filip Hronek and Elias Pettersson.
With the injury to All-Star goalie Thatcher Demko in last night contest, the team was announced that they recalled Arturs Silovs from the AHL, and as a result Kevin Lankinen will get the start in net.
After a hard fought win, do not expect to get any changes out of head coach Rick Tocchet, which is not even the main reason as his hands are basically tied with all the absences to his stars.

It will be interesting to see Rick Tocchet respond today after he cut the playing time of J.T. Miller, as he played his season least amount of ice time against the Kraken.
The other big narrative is his decision to healthy scratch Erik Brannstrom, who basically is the only efficient puck moving defenseman left on the blue line. To take his place for the second game in a row will be Brisbois.
