Currently playing out of Arizona State University's Mullett Arena, the team has been scrambling to solidify new arena plans within the state. Scottsdale, Arizona, mayor David Ortega has clarified that the team can cross his city off the list of potential locations.
The Coyotes, who have been officially eliminated from playoff contention and haven't made the postseason since 2020, have been eyeing a 95-acre plot of state-owned land near Scottsdale Road, within the city limits of Phoenix.
