Excellent news regarding two sleeper Canucks prospects: Moving up the ranks
The Canucks have taken their fair share of risk in the recent year's draft, and now it seems that most of them are paying off.
CANUCKS COLLEGIATE PROSPECTS IN POSITION TO PERFORM
Skating in two of the United States' top collegiate programs, Jack Malone and Daimon Gardner are both leading their team's first line ahead of their season debut.
Gardner, a massive winger now listed at 6'05 and 205 pounds, was a 2022 4th Round Selection for Vancouver. After a stellar USHL season in which he collected 42 points in 46 games, he's now taken over Clarkson University's top line.
Malone, on his end, is quite the surprise. The 2019 6th Rounder has constantly improved and rides the pine on Boston College's top line. The prospect just came in from Cornell Univ. and is ready to break out.
