LATEST | Canucks make an announcement regarding Ty Mueller
The Canucks were creative during this year draft and though outside the box when they drafted the unlisted Ty Mueller in the 4th round (105th). It turned lots of heads when the Canucks announced they had drafted the 20-year-old who had been playing at the University of Nebraska-Omaha.
In light of their Building Blue feature, in which they introduce the team's top prospect, the team highlighted of their most recent draft pick, Ty Mueller. The team shed some light on what could've seemed like a controversial selection:

Mueller registered 25 points in 34 games this year in the NCAA's first division, he'll be headed back this year in hopes to continue his progression and improve his offensive output.
