Nils Hoglander's play has continuously been growing since the season and Rick Tocchet has rewarded him lately with a place on J.T. Miller and Brock Boeser's wing.
The winger was meant previewed on that line for the Canucks' afternoon tilt in Minnessota, as noted by Brendan Batchelor:
It appears that Tocchet is going back to his former loves as he reconnected Phil Di Giussepe on the second and sent Hoglander back on the fourth line:

The Canucks second pick in 2019 made it clear that he belongs in the NHL as showed by the 14 points he's collected through his 28 outings. On pace for just over 40 points, with a diminished role and limited power play opportunities.
