While names like John Tortorella in Philadelphia, Rick Bowness in Winnipeg and last year's winner Jim Montgomery have been mentioned, Daily Faceoff's Frank Seravalli says there's a clear, indisputable frontrunner.

Frank Seravalli said. It's Rick Tocchet's award and no one else's right now.
Since taking over the Canucks late last season, Tocchet and the team have posted a 49-23-7 record and currently lead the NHL in points.
While the Canucks had higher expectations than a team like Philadelphia, nobody predicted this level of success.
The sportsbooks agree with Seravalli, with Tocchet currently the far and away betting favourite to win the award.
