SIGNING ALERT | Former Canucks fan favourite inks a new deal
The news just broke, the Dallas Stars have inked a former Canucks fan favorite to a professional try out.
The Victoria, BC native Jordie Benn has agreed to a professional try out to re-unite with the Dallas Stars:
Benn spent the majority of his 2022-2023 campaign in Toronto's farm team, he was with the Canucks from 2019 to 2021.
The NHL veteran disputed 607 regular season games and at 36, he's still looking to add to his resume. In 12 NHL games last season, he collected 2 points and 12 penalty minutes.
