Statement issued after Nils Aman's outstanding performance
The American Hockey League made a tweet (post) that highlights Nils Aman's strong game last night. Aman would score a hat-trick in the Canucks 7-6 overtime loss to the Wranglers.
Nils Aman was signed by the Vancouver Canucks at the start of the 2022-2023 season. The 23-year-old played in 68 games, with the Canucks recording 16 points.
To start the 2023-2024 season, Aman could not earn his spot on the deep Canucks offence and was sent for his second stint in the AHL. Aman previously played in Abbotsford for 17 games. He has had a solid start to his AHL season, strengthened by his hat-trick on Saturday.
Aman will look to continue to play well and force the Canucks management to send him back up to the NHL team.
