LATEST | Elias Lindholm openly adresses his offensive struggles
With 14 games left in the regular season, the Canucks want to finish strong and be at their best coming into the playoffs.
Nobody on the Canucks wants to get their game set right more than Elias Lindholm, the Canucks marquee in-season acquisition.
It's safe to say the move hasn't worked out the way the Canucks or Lindholm have wanted, with the centre only scoring 7 points in 19 games with the team.
The 29-year-old told reporters he has to read the game better and be more involved as he looks for more offence, clearly seeking answers.
Be more involved... I think my defensive side is there; I think I can be way better offensively.
Lindholm didn't blame his revolving door of linemates for his struggles; instead, he focused on trying to find his own consistency as the players around him were shuffled.
The Canucks will need him to find his game again if they hope to compete for the Stanley Cup this year.
