With less than a week until the NHL's trade deadline, a Canadian team has entered the mix to acquire Vancouver Canucks forward Brock Boeser.
Vancouver Canucks forward Brock Boeser
is expected to be available over the next week leading up to the deadline and over the last month, he's been linked to a number of teams, but now, a Canadian club has emerged as a potential landing spot.

As contract talks between the two sides appear to be minimal at this point, there's probably a good chance that Brock Boeser will be with another NHL team by 12 pm PT next Friday.
Cam Robinson of
Elite Prospects released his updated trade bait board on Friday, where Brock Boeser was linked to another Canadian team -
the Ottawa Senators.
"Teams linked to Boeser include the Los Angeles Kings, the New Jersey Devils, and the Ottawa Senators. Would anyone be all that surprised if his hometown Minnesota Wild tried to find a way to bring him in? Cap space will be the main issue there, though." Robinson said.
Boeser, a native of Burnsville, Minnesota, has appeared in 42 games this season for the Vancouver Canucks where he's tallied 36 points (18 goals, 18 assists), 16 penalty minutes and is a minus-18.
While Brock Boeser's production may be down a bit from the 40-goal, 73-point campaign he had in 2023-24, he would still be a great option for contending teams that are in need of scoring heading into the Stanley Cup Playoffs.
The Vancouver Canucks have just two games remaining until the NHL's trade deadline and it could be the final couple of tilts with Brock Boeser as a member of the organization.
