The son of a former Canucks forward is searching for his father's jersey to commemorate his time with Vancouver.

In an interview with CityNews Vancouver, Court Lalonde, the son of former Canucks forward Bobby Lalonde, who spent seven seasons with the team, is looking for his father's jersey.
Court Lalonde says that his family has hockey cards of his father during his time in the National Hockey League but would like to reunite him with a jersey from his time with the Vancouver Canucks.
"My dad loved playing in the NHL. He loved playing for the Vancouver Canucks. (He's) very proud of that. But we don't really have anything besides hockey cards," Court said. "I don't even have a video from when he played."

Bobby Lalonde was selected in the second round, 17th overall by the Vancouver Canucks in the 1971 NHL Amateur Draft and was with the team until the end of the 1976-77 season, before signing with the Atlanta Flames as free agent.
Bobby's son says that he's willing to pay for his father's jersey just so that the family has something to commemorate his time with the Vancouver Canucks and while he's found people that have one in their collection, they're not willing to part with it at this time.
"I offered 1200 bucks at the time, so suppose that's what I was told the fair market value was, but to me, it's priceless like it's not about the money, it's just about having a piece of our family history back," he said. "I'm not looking for someone to give it to me (for free). I'm just looking if it's out there and I just want to buy it."

During Bobby Lalonde's time with the Vancouver Canucks, he was beloved by fans and had some of the best seasons of his NHL career with the organization that drafted him. In 353 games with Vancouver, Lalonde had 189 points (72 goals, 117 assists), 185 penalty minutes and was a minus-59.
