Vancouver Canucks Teammates Let Down Captain Quinn Hughes & It's Not For the First Time..
Despite being the most dominant defenseman on the planet right now, Vancouver Canucks captain Quinn Hughes can only do so much to help his team win, and right now his team mates are wasting some of his best games.
When the Vancouver Canucks took on the Ottawa Senators last night, the team spent most to the game trailing and trying to match the intensity of of the Sens.
Although coming out with a point in the overtime loss, despite the another amazing game from captain Quinn Hughes, the Canucks fell short once again.

Captain Hughes once again played the key role in even coming close to getting the win, as he was on the ice for all of the Canucks' 5 v 5 goals.
Despite being on the backfoot for the majority of the game, Quinn Hughes did what he always does, walking the blue line, generating grade-a scoring chances and setting up his team mates fore easy tap in.
Hughes directly contributed to three of the four goals, either as the scorer or the primary passer.
Even Brock Boeser realizes how incredible Hughes has been this season, addressing what he has seen out of his captain so far.
«We're witnessing greatness from a defenceman right in front of our eyes. [Hughes] is a special player. He demands the puck. He has such a high standard for himself."
