LATEST | Coyotes enforcer jumps off the bench to get drop Sam Lafferty: Zadorov deals with him
During last night's game, Sam Lafferty was involved in an altercation with one of the Coyotes forward near both team's benches.
The altercation it-self isn't news worthy, but when Liam O'Brien, known to be one of the Coyotes' enforcers jumped the boards to get ahold of the Canucks forward Lafferty.
Zadorov wanted none of that on his home ice. The Canucks' Big Z made sure O'Brien knew he wouldn't be running around chasing his teammates.
Zadorov has been policing the ice and team's are starting to take notice. The way he is standing up to for his teammates surely speaks volume in the locker room and it'll be interesting to see how it's valued as he nears the end of his contract.
