Terrible news coming out of both the OHL and London Knights, as they've announced the passing of one of their player.
Abakar Kazbekov, struck the hockey world when it was announced on Saturday morning that the young man had suddenly passed. The young Russian player had recently moved to Richmond Hill, Ontario in order to pursue his dream of a professional hockey playing career.
The Knights' game schedule tonight was postponed once the tragedy had been announced. We send all our condolences to the Kazbekov family.
