BREAKING: Oilers extend their goaltender
The Oilers have had their fair share of goaltender issues, but they've just announced the extension of their most prolific one during the last two seasons.
Stuart Skinner, 24, just inked a $7.8M extension attaching him to the Oilers for the following 3 years. With Campbell's struggles since his arrival in the Oil City, Skinner's been the man of confidence and he was rewarded for it today.
Since his arrival in the big league, Skinner's had a 2.82 GAA and a 0.912 save percentage.
Hopefully he does more of this when he plays the Canucks.
