TRADE ALERT | Devils acquire a former first rounder from the Bruins
The Bruins have been all over the web this afternoon after they announced they'd be parting ways with the star player Taylor Hall.
They've just linked with the Devils for another trade today. It was announced that Shane Bowers would be headed to the Devils in return for the defenseman Rieilly Walsh.
Both young players in the early stages of their career. Bowers, soon to be 24-years-old, took part in one NHL game during his time with the Colorado Avalanche's organization. Walsh took the ice for the Devils in one outing in 2021-2022 registering 1 assist.
Reilly Walsh was a 2017 3rd round selection. Bowers was selected 28th overall by the Senators that same year, he's already been traded 3 times.
