LATEST | Announcement regarding Canucks prospect Aiden Celebrini
Some big news has surfaced regarding Vancouver Canucks 2023 sixth-round pick Aiden Celebrini.
It appears that first-rounder Tom Willander won't be the only Canucks prospect playing in the NCAA in the Boston area.
On their Twitter account, the Boston University Terriers announced that Celebrini would be joining them for his freshman season in the NCAA.
The Vancouver native spent the 2022-23 season in the Alberta Junior Hockey League with the Brooks Bandits, who are one of the best Junior teams in Canada, every year.
In 47 games with Brooks, Celebrini had 21 points (five goals, 16 assists) and 82 penalty minutes. He went on to add three assists in 15 playoff games, helping Brooks win the 2023 Centennial Cup.
