When Quinn Hughes first stepped into the league, almost everybody knew the Canucks had an exceptional player on their hand. The 7th Overall pick in 2018 has grown into the team's captain and an elite defenseman in this league.

Quinn currently sits atop the list of defencemen among scorers, Jack among all NHL skaters and Luke leads the way for Rookie Defensemen and is 2nd amongst all rookies.
The author of 76 points in 78 games last season came to Vancouver with the same fire in his eyes; he now has 11 points in 9 games, leads the NHL for differential, and his chase for the Norris Trophy has begun.
