We're very early in the season and yet, we've already seen our fair share of weird calls.
Midway through the second period, Thatcher Demko went to play the puck off his net and the Oilers' forward skated by and tripped the netminder. They then recovered the puck and scored in an unoccupied net. Here's the sequence:
