LATEST | Officiating getting called out after missed call in overtime that cost the game
The Canucks delivered a great effort but ultimately fell short to the Rangers and the referees. The team did manage to collect a point in the overtime loss, but to lose as a result to a blatant missed called is hard to take.
REFEREES CLOSED THEIR EYES?
Elias Pettersson had full possession of the puck in the offensive zone and when he attempted a deke to get past the Rangers defender, a trip stopped the Canucks offensive upcomings. The Rangers then went the other way and called the game, here's the sequence:
