LATEST | Quinn Hughes sets a new franchise record
The Canucks captain has been setting franchise records ever since he step foot in Vancouver.
The Canucks had the better of the Devils last night and fetch the two points with a 6-4 win. Quinn showed his brother Luke how to conduct business and collected 3 assists and broke another franchise record along the way. Captain Hughes became the Defenseman with the most multi-point games in franchise history:
'' Historic Hughes! 🤩
With two assists tonight, Captain Quinn now holds the franchise record for most multi-point games by a #Canucks defenceman with 69.''
League leader for points amongst defencemen, Hughes has been a man on a mission and his case for the Norris trophy gets stronger everyday. He now has 49 points through 39 games and is well on his way to beat his personal high 76 points.
If Hughes keeps it up, he could be hitting the 100-points mark. A feat only few defenders have accomplished in the league's history.
