The Flyers were in town for a visit last night, and the Canucks were nowhere to be found. One of the worst efforts they displayed this year was that Tocchet had a lot to say during his post-game interview, and it was evident that line-up changes were to be expected. It appears the coach has made his decision.

TOCCHET SWITCHING THINGS UP ON THE TOP 6

The Canucks had a very intense practice this afternoon, but the line-up changes the Head Coach showcased didn't go unnoticed. The unit of Elias Pettersson, Andrei Kuzmenko and Ilya Mikheyev remained unchanged. The team's second line suffered as Nils Hoglander practiced as the extra forward while Philip Di Giuseppe jumped back to Miller and Boeser's left despite being in the stands for the last little while:

Mikheyev. Pettersson. Kuzmenko.
PDG. Miller. Boeser.
Joshua. Blueger. Garland.
man. Suter. Lafferty.
Höglander.

Hughes. Hronek.
Zadorov. Myers.
Cole. Juulsen.
Soucy. Friedman.

BOTTOM 6 PLAYING UP TO EXPECTATION

The team's third line was as productive as it's been over the last few games; Joshua, Garland and Teddy Blueger produced the Canucks' lone goal. On that note, Blueger now has 7 points through his last 5 games.

Nils Hoglander had been good playing with Miller and Boeser, but it appears he'll be paying the price. The Canucks will be back in action on Tuesday the 2nd, which will give them plenty of time to focus and get back on track.
