As everyone knows by now, one of the biggest targets for the Vancouver Canucks ahead of the trade deadline is a top-six forward and in recent weeks, they've been linked to a number of players.
All three of the players mentioned by Elliotte Friedman would be solid additions to the Vancouver Canucks lineup, but each of them would come at a very high cost. Guentzel, Henrique and Lindholm are all unrestricted free agents at the end of the season and could each fetch at least a first-round pick, possibly more, before the deadline in March.
Penguins forward Jake Guentzel leads the way among the three with 45 points in 42 games this season and is also one goal away from his seventh straight 20+ goal season. Meanwhile, Adam Henrique and Elias Lindholm each have 30 points in 47 and 46 games respectively.
