LATEST | Canucks mixing things up on the line-up: Bad news for Dakota Joshua
The Vancouver Canucks return to the ice tonight after a five-game road trip as they face the Detroit Red Wings at Rogers Arena and it appears that they're dealing with an injury issue on forward.
In their last game, Canucks forward Dakota Joshua dropped the mitts with MacKenzie Entwistle of the Chicago Blackhawks and it looks like he's suffering from an injury to his hand.
"Dakota Joshua is not on the ice for morning skate. #Canucks @Sportsnet650" Brendan Batchelor of Sportsnet said.
Rick Dhaliwal of CHEK TV is reporting that he wouldn't be surprised if he was dealing with a hand injury relating to his fight with Entwistle earlier this week.
"Would not be surprised if it's a hand injury after that fight in Chicago." Dhaliwal said.
With Joshua not at the morning skate and it appearing that he won't be playing tonight against the Red Wings, forward Nils Aman will draw back into the lineup and was on the fourth line Sam Lafferty and Phil Di Giuseppe.
"Morning skate #Canucks lines
Suter. Miller. Boeser.
Höglander. Lindholm. Pettersson.
Mikheyev. Blueger. Garland.
PDG. man. Lafferty.
Hughes. Hronek.
Cole. Myers.

@Sportsnet650" Batchelor shared.
After last week's antics in the game against the Red Wings in Detroit, it'll be interesting to see if frustrations will boil over tonight at Rogers Arena. Puck drop is set for 7 p.m. PT/10 p.m. ET on Sportsnet Pacific.
UPDATE: it was confirmed later that Dakota Joshua would not be playing against the Wings.
