LATEST | Rick Tocchet confirms massive line changes
The Canucks played one of their best games since the All-Star Game against the Bruins. Since acquiring the Star Swede Elias Lindholm from the Flames, Tocchet had not yet found the line-up that could bring the most success to the Canucks, and he may have seen it now.
The Canucks were right back on the ice this morning, and the line rushes saw a whole new presentation; Mikheyev was back on Pettersson's side with the young Hoglander.
Suter found his way back to Miller and Boeser, and a whole new line formed between Arshdeep Bains, Elias Lindholm and Conor Garland. The fourth unit was made up of Phil Di Giuseppe, Blueger and Lafferty:
Höglander. Pettersson. Mikheyev.
Suter. Miller. Boeser.
Bains. Lindholm. Garland.
PDG. Blueger. Lafferty.
man.
Hughes. Hronek.
Cole. Myers.
Zadorov. Juulsen.
Friedman. Woo.
That's an exciting mix; Tocchet spreads his top guns across his top three lines, giving the team more depth. It could be an option until Dakota Joshua is back on the ice.
