The injury to Hronek could not have come at a worse time for the Vancouver Canucks.

NHL Insider Darren Dreger Gives Update on Filip Hronek's injury
NHL Insider Darren Dreger hopped on the Sekeres and Price podcast to discuss what he is hearing about Filip Hronek and what the next steps are going to be.
The main thing, that hockey teams have been a lot better are at, are getting second and even third opinions on an injury.
For Hronek, Dreger revealed that he is scheduled to go see specialists, to get an idea if surgery is required, and to find out what the actual timeframe will be for his return.
As for now, Hronek is still considered "week to week", but, we all know that it is going to be a while until he is back in action.
There is speculation that the shoulder injury is the same a recurring one he has dealt with in the past, but there has been no confirmation for that being the case.
