Blueliner Noah Juulsen has only appeared in two games to start the season with the Vancouver Canucks and while that may be frustrating, off the ice he has plenty to be happy about.
In a social media post recently, Noah Juulsen's wife, Brooke, announced that they've welcomed their first child into the world on October 24th, right when the Canucks got back from their four-game road trip. The couple's has named their baby girl Tate Georgia Juulsen and she was born 7 pounds, 13 ounces.
The couple first announced the news that they were expecting their first child back in the middle of June, just over a year after they got married.
Juulsen, 27, has spent the last four seasons with the Vancouver Canucks after joining them through a trade with the Florida Panthers in October 2021. In 76 games with the Canucks, Juulsen has nine points (one goal, eight assists), 28 penalty minutes and is a minus-five.
Being a local boy too, playing for the Vancouver Canucks must be a dream come true for Noah Juulsen. Juulsen is only the fourth player born in Surrey to score a goal with the Vancouver Canucks with the others being Bill Muckalt, Brad Lukowich and Arshdeep Bains, who recorded his first in the National Hockey League on Saturday night.
Everyone here at Canucks Daily would like to congratulate Noah Juulsen and his wife Brooke on the birth of their first child.
