After years of Vancouver Canucks fans asking for a jersey and logo collab with the former NBA Vancouver Grizzlies, the time has finally come, but it turns out it might not have been worth the wait.
The Toronto Raptors were not always the NBA's only Canadian team as before the Grizzlies moved to Memphis Tennessee, they were located in the best city in Canada, Vancouver!
Although a beloved franchise, they were not the most successful, only lasting 6 season before relocating to Memphis.
Vancouver sports fans not happy with the design and price of the Canucks x Grizzlies crossover
,Fans were pumped when the Canucks announced on social media that on March 21st the long awaited crossover with the Grizzlies would be coming to fruition, sparking debate and speculation on what the designs were going to be.
But, with the drop finally here, fans are quite disappointed in more ways than one.
The team released a new merchandise line with a series of designs featuring a mashup of the Canucks and old Grizzlies logos. There are jerseys, hoodies, shirts, toques, and hats all featuring different mashups of the two logos.
The main gripe with the drop is the price.
The team has set the cost of both the white and black versions of the jersey's at 400$, which is more than 4x more expensive than the cheapest remaining ticket to see their favorite team play at Rogers Arena this season.

The other major issue that has been voiced, especially here at Canucks Daily is the design not having enough elements of the vintage Grizzlies basketball jersey.
If anything, it is a simplified/less exciting version of the already fan favorite "Flying Skate" jersey which is used as an alternate for home games.
