MAJOR | Important development regarding Ethan Bear: An official announcement is imminent
Former Canucks defender Ethan Bear has yet to appear in an NHL game this season or even sign an official contract with a club. His last games were for Vancouver during the 2022-2023 season.
However, it appears as though an announcement regarding his next contract could be made sooner rather than later, as he was spotted at the Washington Capitals practice facility on Tuesday morning.
Bear, 26, is a veteran of 251 NHL games between Edmonton, Carolina, and Vancouver. He has recorded 16 goals and 47 assists for 63 total career points.
