MAJOR | Canucks issue an in-game statement regarding Phil Di Giuseppe
The Canucks are currently teaching the Senators a lesson on their home ice.
However, the team confirmed that the winger Phillip Di Giuseppe would be out for the remainder of the party:
''Forward Phillip Di Giuseppe will not return to tonight's game.''
The origin of his departure from the game has yet to be determined, but an update is expected during the team's head coach post-game media availability.
Tocchet will have to juggle his forward group with only 11 players for the remaining 40 minutes in the game.
