We had a good old Original Six matchup between the big bad Boston Bruins and Toronto Maple Leafs from Air Canada Centre. The Bruins have looked almost untouchable most of the season walking all over the opposition.
The Leafs who is no stranger to the Bruins know if they want to have a deep playoff run they will likely have to meet the Bruins in the playoffs.
Wednesday night's matchup has that playoff feel to it as well with both teams wanting the win. Leafs forward Wayne Simmonds also showed the Leafs won't be intimidated dropping the gloves vs Bruins AJ Greer.
Simmonds would take this one as he gave Greer a beating. Greer and the Bruins would get the last laugh scoring a goal and beating the Leafs by a score of 5-2 With Greer's goal being the winner.
