BREAKING | Last minute change to the NHL All-Star lineup
The announcement has just come out. A major change is happening regarding the NHL All-Star rosters.
The event is set to take place this weekend in Florida. It's just been announced by the league and the Buffalo Sabres that Tage Thompson is injured and will not be taking part in the event.
He will be replaced by his teammate Rasmus Dahlin.
Dahlin has bloomed into the defenseman everyone thought he was going to be when the Sabres selected him with the first overall pick in 2018.
The Swede has already established a career-high for himself after 49 games. He has 55 points and has even been in conversations for the Norris Trophy. The real question is, why wasn't he on the team firsthand?
