Canucks General Manager Patrik Allvin has been busy trying to facilitate a trade to get the best return for defenceman Luke Schenn. However when it comes to the Canucks roster, there's no one that's really untouchable other then maybe Quinn Hughes.
That's what makes the Canucks so unpredictable going into the trade deadline. One name that's been garnering plenty of attention is forward Brock Boeser. The 25 year-old is having a disappointing season with just ten goals and 27 assists so far, numbers that are noticeably down.
Boeser was on the trade market during last year's deadline until the Canucks re-signed him to a three-year deal. Hockey Insider Michael Russo would update us revealing:
"Brock Boeser's agent is working to facilitate a trade to his home state of Minnesota. The Wild are trying to move stuff around to make it happen.

As much as we love Boeser, he hasn't been the same player since the passing of his father, a move back to Minnesota might be the best move to rejuvenate Boeser's career.
