One name that could be on the move out of Vancouver this offseason is forward Conor Garland and there appears to be plenty of interest in him around the NHL.

According to Steve Dangle, the Toronto Maple Leafs may be a team that is interested in trading for Conor Garland, especially after adding Shane Doan to their front office. Garland is familiar with Doan from his time with the Arizona Coyotes and Dangle went on to add that Toronto has had interest in him in the past.

"With Doan here (TOR) one player they may take a run at is Connor Garland." Dangle said.

He added, "They've been interested in him in the past."

Garland, 27, has three years remaining on his contract with an AAV of $4.95 million and have no trade protection, making a move this summer quite easy for Patrik Allvin and the Canucks front office.

In 81 games this season, Garland recorded 46 points (17 goals, 29 assists), 31 penalty minutes and was a minus-five.
