The Edmonton Oilers and Los Angeles Kings took to the ice at Rogers Place on Tuesday night for Game 5 of their first round series.

Edmonton came out on top of that game, winning 6-3, thanks to a two-goals from Nick Bjugstad as well as two-point nights from Mattias Ekholm, Connor McDavid and Darnell Nurse. With the win, Edmonton took a 3-2 series lead.

But during Game 5, Oilers fans showed a lack of class toward Los Angeles Kings defenceman Drew Doughty. Late in the second period, Oilers captain Connor McDavid tried to use Doughty as a screen and shot the puck right at the inside of the knee of the Kings blueliner.

Doughty was slow to get up, but as soon as he fell to the ice in pain from the shot block, Oilers fans began to cheer. It's one thing to dislike a player because of stuff he's said, like calling out McDavid, but cheering on as someone gets hurt is pretty classless. Several fans on Twitter seemed to agree that the Oilers fans weren't very classy during that moment.

The Oilers will look to finish off the Kings on Saturday night at Crypto.com Arena in Game 6. It's still unclear what time the game will start at, as it's depending on the results of other series', but it can be viewed nationally across Canada and the United States.
