The Vancouver Canucks appear to be going into a full-on rebuild after trading away captain Bo Horvat to the New Islanders for Anthony Beauvillier, prospect Aatu Raty, and a 1st round pick, Patrik Allvin has made another big move.

Well, it looks like another big name could be on his way out with all the rumors of the Canucks looking to trade forward Brock Boeser, reports show a trade offer has been made by the Minnesota Wild.

The proposed trade has the New Jersey Devils acquiring Brock Boeser from the Vancouver Canucks for forwards Tomas Tatar, and Seamus Casey, and a 5th-round pick in the upcoming draft. The Canucks would also retain 15% of Boeser's salary.

Boeser has 2 years remaining on his current contract that pays him an annual $6.65M. Tomas Tatar is on an expiring deal, and Seamus Casey, who's the true target of this deal, currently plays with Quinn's brother at the University of Michigan. He was the Devils' 2nd Round selection in the latest draft and here's how he was described:

«His technique as a handler is nearly perfect, and he's as comfortable on the forehand as he is on the backhand»

He has 19 points through 26 games as a freshman. Could he be of interest if the Devils pursued Boeser?
