Today marked another Winter Classic that featured one of the Canucks' divisional rivals, the Kraken. To celebrate the beginning of the new year, the NHL's commissioner, Gary Bettman, was in attendance and dropped massively regarding one of the NHL's biggest problems.
BEST-ON-BEST INTERNATIONAL HOCKEY SOON TO BE PLAYED?
The players and the fans have been asking for another opportunity to witness best-on-best hockey, whether it was a World Cup or the Olympics. Today, Bettman dropped massive news when he stated that a huge announcement in that regard would be coming soon:

The last time the fans were treated to such a respectable goes back to 2016 when the NHL featured the World Cup before the season. The previous time NHLers featured at the Olympics goes back to 2014 when the Canadians triumphed in Sochi.
