MAJOR | Leaked video from Oilers' practice has fans worrying about Connor McDavid
The Oilers are only one win away from eliminating the Kings as they hold a 3-2 lead in the playoff's first round. Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl have been dominant per their standards and they've clearly been the difference makers.
The Oilers were on the ice today in preparation for game number 6 that's set to take place on Saturday and a video was leaked showing the Oilers' superstar in discomfort. Now, it's got the fans worried that McDavid may be playing through an injury and it may be putting the team in a tough position. Here's the leaked video:
McDavid played, on average, almost 26 min per night and he registered under 20 min in their last game. From the video, McDavid clearly expressed discomfort in his leg. However, it didn't prevent him from skating with his teammates. Hockey players a very well known for their ability to play even when they're sustaining injuries and McDavid being McDavid, it'd be extremely surprising to see him sit one out.
The superstar still has 8 points through 5 games, it'll be interesting to see how the Kings react now that they're facing elimination in LA.
