Miller directly critics Boudreau
As of late, Miller's been getting a lot of media attention and his interview today may show why.
Today, the Canucks had planned interviews and the one that stood out most, obviously, was
J.T. Miller's. Miller was asked if the switch from wing to center was harder than he thought.
''[] It's a little tricky when you're bouncing on every line here, like on a nightly basis []"
Is he directly criticizing the way head coach Boudreau manages his bench?
Here's the full interview:
Later on, Miller made an interesting comment on his lack of production since he's been switched down the middle and it's been causing quite the reaction around the team:
"The last couple weeks I've been playing really well and I feel like my lack of production is a compliment to me not cheating the game and playing the right way.''
He continued and stated that he had not been on for a lot of goals against lately. During the month of December, all situations combined, Miller was on the ice for 14 of the 50 goals against, and whilst on 5-on-5, the Canucks were outscored 8-3 when he was on the ice.
Do you agree with his statements? Does the Canucks line-up deserve more stability? Has been good enough defensively for an $8M/year player?
