WOW: Miller comes out to the media and comments on the events with Delia in Winnipeg
The events that occurred in last night's game are all we hear about in the Canucks atmosphere and Miller came out to the media with his statement about the matter.
Here's what he had to say about the exchange he had with Delia:
He continually specified that he didn't care about no one else's opinion apart from the one coming from the locker room and the coaching staff.
Even though he's fully aware it looked "optically bad", he added that he did not act out of anger and just wanted to let him know he had full control of the puck.
He was, later on, asked if he had a chance to talk to Delia about it, Miller said that was none of anyone's business, and made no further comments.
"The only reason there's noise is because you guys are asking me questions about it. Like, I don't care about this at all."
Should Miller at least explain himself to Delia? From the stands, this certainly doesn't look like a united team and it certainly suggests the coach has his players' trust when they try and make calls from the ice.
