LATEST | A major update on Milan Lucic's situation
On Saturday, it was announced that Boston Bruins forward Milan Lucic was arrested for alleged domestic incident and the team announced that he was taking an indefinite leave of absence.
Some new information has come out on Sunday and according to reports, Milan Lucic is set to be arraigned in Boston Municipal Court on Monday.
"#NHLBruins forward Milan Lucic will be arraigned in court Monday. There are reports from WBZ with alleged details. We will wait to see when confirmed details present themselves. Lucic is under contract for just this season with a $1 million cap hit. The Bruins pay him $1 million plus a $500,000 bonus. The 35-year-old is currently on a leave of absence."
Lucic, 35, joined the Boston Bruins in free agency on a one-year contract. In four games this season, the Vancouver native has two assists, two penalty minutes and is a minus-two.
