BREAKING | Patrik Allvin makes last minute roster moves: Announces his opening night roster
There it is, Patrik Allvin made the final announcement confirming the team's last roster move ahead of the season opener on Wednesday.

Allvin first announced that Akito Hirose and Cole McWard had been sent down to Abbotsford. Vasily Podkolzin will be making the ride back to Vancouver:
The team then released what they expected to be the team's roster for opening night. Ilya Mikheyev's absence confirms that he'll be missing on opening night:
That's definitely an important change from last season. Hopefully, the Canucks keep on building from their last pre-season game and it carries over to a strong start.
