LATEST | Canucks make an announcement regarding the newly acquired Ty Glover
The Vancouver Canucks have loaned Ty Glover to the Kalamazoo Wings of the ECHL. Glover was acquired along with Mark Friedman from the Pittsburgh Penguins.
Last season, Glover played with the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins, recording 12 points in 49 games. The Canucks made this decision with plans to give Glover more ice time.
The Abbotsford Canucks have some strong players that would limit Glover's opportunity to play. Glover should have much more opportunity in the ECHL.
The Canucks will hope this move can develop the big Center's game as the season moves on.
