MAJOR | Quinn Hughes bound to break franchise records
Canucks captain, Quinn Hughes, has had an excellent start to the season. The 24-year-old has 16 points in 10 games so far this season.
Hughes is on pace to be the fastest Vancouver Canuck defenseman to reach 20 points in a season. Hughes is also on pace to be in the top 10 for the fewest games to reach 20 points as a defenseman in NHL history.
The oldest Hughes brother could be in elite company with players such as Paul Coffey, John Carlson, Bobby Orr, Al MacInnis etc.
Hughes will have a chance to break both records against the Dallas Stars on Saturday. He will need to continue his dominant play.
