REPORT | Former Canucks defenceman heading to the KHL
According to reports, former Vancouver Canucks defenceman and 2018 Stanley Cup champion is set to leave North America and is heading to the KHL to play for Dinamo Minsk.

Bowey, 28, spent the 2021-22 season in the Vancouver Canucks organization, appearing in two games with the big club, but spent the majority of the year in Abbotsford, where he had 28 points (eight goals, 20 assists) in 53 games.
After leaving the Canucks organization in the summer of 2022, Bowey signed a one-year, two-way contract with the Montreal Canadiens. He went on to play the entire season with the Laval Rocket, appearing in 35 games and recording 13 points.
In addition to Vancouver, the Winnipeg native has also made stops with the Washington Capitals, who drafted him in 2013 and he won a Stanley Cup with, the Detroit Red Wings and Chicago Blackhawks.
