As former Vancouver Canucks forward and Team USA get ready to face off against Sweden tonight, one of their stars forwards will not be available after suffering an injury against Canada on Saturday.

Brady Tkachuk have been absolute wrecking balls the entire 4 Nations Face-Off tournament, especially when facing Canada as their was extra motivation amid the socio-political issues between the two countries.
Matthew Tkachuk doubtful to play against Canada after being out against Sweden
During Saturday nights heated matchup between Team Canada and USA, forward Matthew Tkachuk suffered an injury near the end of the game, where his line kept playing but he was nowhere to be found.
Matthew Tkachuk came off before his linemates before and now missed another shift. He's sitting at the end of the U.S. bench by the door hunched over.
A video surfaced him talking to assistant coach John Tortorella saying he was not good to go after he got to the bench.

Although not deemed serious, he will miss tonight's game against Sweden as they game essential means nothing as USA has already booked their ticket to the finals.
Mike Sullivan says it's a lower-body injury for Matthew Tkachuk. He used the term «out» and said he is being evaluated. He said he doesn't have enough info yet to make a determination on his status for Monday. The U.S. has already made it into the final on Thursday.
If there is any cause for concern, it marks good news for Canada as Tkachuk is a main contributor to the success of their team, and as Florida Panthers need him to make a run to the Stanley Cup, he may elect to sit out the rest of the tournament.
